For our next event, we will be hosting Dr Lawrence Newport.
Lawrence is a former lecturer at Royal Holloway University who successfully campaigned to ban XL Bully dogs from the UK in 2023. A regular contributor to The Telegraph, he now leads the grassroots campaigning organisation Crush Crime.
He will speak to Bright Blue Executive Chair, Ryan Shorthouse, discussing ‘is the UK too soft on crime?’
