Albie Amankona is a broadcaster, political commentator and technology, media and telecoms financial analyst. He brings a finance-led perspective to political debate, combining experience in markets and sector analysis with an interest in media, technology, economic opportunity, social mobility, identity, immigration, integration, meritocracy and the future direction of British politics.

Alongside his public commentary, Albie works in finance as a TMT analyst, looking at companies and sectors shaped by regulation, technological disruption, consumer behaviour, capital allocation and investment trends across private equity, credit and equities. His professional background gives him a practical, commercially minded view of how policy decisions affect business, growth, investment and the wider economy.

Albie is a regular broadcaster across national and international media, with appearances on Channel 5, the BBC, ITV, Times Radio, LBC, Fox, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Sky News. He has spoken at the Oxford Union, Uppity, Oxford Literary Festival, Sunday Papers Live, Wilderness Festival and the Battle of Ideas. His writing has appeared in Sp!ked and ConservativeHome, and his work has been featured by Bloomberg, City AM, The Times, The Guardian, The Independent, The Express, The Sun, the Daily Mail, Reuters, Yahoo Finance and The Telegraph.

A graduate of the London School of Economics, Albie also co-founded Conservatives Against Racism for Equality and has served on the General Council of LGBT+ Conservatives.
