Cyril Davydenko
Cyril is a Researcher at Bright Blue.
He read History and Politics of the Americas at University College London and graduated in 2025 with First Class Honours. His dissertation explored the nature of Loyalist Ideology during the American Revolution. Alongside his studies, Cyril worked as a Research Assistant at the UCL Centre on US Politics. His work there focused on political theory research, with an emphasis on twenty-first century conservative thought.
During his time at Bright Blue, he co-authored two research reports and co-edited an essay collection.
He has been published in amongst others, the Spectator, the Critic, the Yorkshire Post, CapX, Conservative Home, and Business Green.
Cyril is also the Commissioning Editor at Centre Write.
