Associate Fellow

Joe is an Associate Fellow at Bright Blue.

He previously advised Green Alliance, where he led the work of the Environment All-Party Parliamentary Group, and authored several papers on energy and environment issues. Before that, he worked in Parliament for the Chair of the Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs Committee and for environment minister – Rebecca Pow MP. Joe is also a barrister, having been called to the Bar at Inner Temple in May 2021, has advised businesses as a Senior Consultant at Hawthorn Advisors, and now works as a Special Advisor to the Home Secretary.
