Before joining Bright Blue, Liam worked with Rt Hon David Davis MP in the House of Commons, covering a number of policy areas including civil liberties, energy, and migration. Liam also previously served in the Scottish Conservative Research Department as finance and, laterally, constitution policy advisor. He graduated with a degree in Multimedia Journalism from Glasgow Caledonian University.
