Sam is now a Senior Researcher at the Social Market Foundation.

Sam was previously a Senior Research Fellow at Bright Blue and has been published in The Times, City A.M., ConservativeHome, CapX and Public Finance. Before joining Bright Blue, Sam worked at the Policy Research Unit in Westminster, drafting correspondence and briefings for MPs. Sam has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Leeds.
