Wilf was an Associate Fellow at Bright Blue and is an independent climate policy consultant with a background in geoscience, specialising in energy and industrial policy. His work is currently focused on policies to decarbonise UK steelmaking and electricity generation. He previously held roles at Bright Blue and Sandbag.

Wilf also produces print and digital designs for a variety of non-governmental organisations.
