Patrick Hall is an Energy and Environment Policy Researcher, helping to inform the energy and environment policy debate in the UK, as well as contributing to Bright Blue’s programme of research and events.
Patrick holds a Master of EU Studies degree, as well as a BA in Political Science, Economics, and Geography from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
