Wilf is our Senior Researcher on climate, energy and industrial policy. He is responsible for delivering Bright Blue’s programme of research and events on Energy and EnvironmentPrior to joining Bright Blue, Wilf produced analysis and briefings for Sandbag on the European Union’s industrial policy, focussing on the impact of carbon pricing. His work on European emissions policy has been featured in publications including Der Spiegel, Euractiv and The Ecologist.

Wilf holds a Masters degree in geology from University College London.
