Dr Rakib Ehsan

Associate Fellow

Dr Rakib Ehsan is an Associate Fellow at Bright Blue. He is a research analyst and writer, specialising in matters of social cohesion, race relations, and public security.

Rakib has authored reports for a variety of think-tanks such as Policy Exchange, ResPublica, the Henry Jackson Society and Intergenerational Foundation. He writes regularly for newspapers such as The Telegraph and The Daily Mail. Rakib has also featured on BBC Newsnight and ITV’s Good Morning Britain.

Rakib’s academic record includes a BA in Politics & International Relations (First Class Honours), MSc Democracy, Politics and Governance (Pass with Distinction) and a PhD exploring the impact of social integration for British ethnic minorities. All were obtained from Royal Holloway, University of London.
