Gabriel is Research Director at the Centre for the Study of Market Reform of Education and Affiliated Research Fellow with the Research Institute of Industrial Economics. In addition, he is academic advisor at the European Centre for Entrepreneurship and Policy Reform and a PhD student at the London School of Economics, where he also works at the Centre for Economic Performance.
